impossible de renouveler mon abonnement ...

Bonjour a tous ! voilà ce soir je suis exposé au problème suivant, je veux me réabonner au xbox live pour 1mois et après validation CB tout ça

voici le message d'erreur => Impossible d'effectuer cette action pour le moment. Veuillez réessayer ultérieurement. Pour plus d'informations, rendez-vous sur www.xbox.com/support.

 

que veut dire ce message ? prblème d'information sur ma CB ? ce que je doute .. 

ou alors un problème technique sur le site ? merci.

j'ai le même problème que toi.  Est-ce que tu as trouvé une solution ?

apparemment vous n etes pas le seul.

Après avoir valider ma cb , impossible de renouveler , pourtant le num et la date d expiration sont bons.

J espere que le support va faire quelque chose ..

la seule façon que j'ai trouvé de le faire est à partir de la console directement... là ça fonctionné.
