How to change my Gamertag without having an Xbox?

Is there any way to change my gamertag without having an Xbox? I only have a Windows Phone 7...

So are you wanting to change the Windows Live ID or the gamertag? Because those are 2 different things.

Try going to account.live.com It should show your WLID at the top and have the option to change it right next to it. However, I'm not entirely sure it will automatically update on your phone as well. You may have to contact support for the Windows Phones to be sure.
