A strange problem

Hi, this is Sgt bertrund here (not what it says).

I recently bought a new Xbox and when trying to recover my account from my old, broken Xbox 360 with one problem - the email account associated with my actual account (Sgt bertrund) is also associated with this one which I have no idea is, who owns it etc.

This may not be fully Micro$oft's fault - if it catch my mind this happened after I tried to create a Bungie.net account via my Xbox Live account failed miserably.

You'll need to change the Windows Live ID associated with the account you're posting with in order to free up the other account.

If you put in the WLID and got this new account, perhaps it wasn't the current WLID of the other account. If you continue having issues logging into your other account, or have forgotten the log-in information, please contact phone support in your region to regain access to it.
