I understand that you're not able to trust the PC after installing Windows 8 Pro.
I would suggest you to follow the steps given below:
You need to add the current PC as a Trusted PC for you not to get the error message.
Method 1:

Method 2:
Follow these steps and check if it helps.
a) Press
Windows Key +R, type Control Panel.
b) Type troubleshooting in the search bar, click on troubleshooting.
c) Click on
System and Security, click on System Maintenance.
d) Follow the steps from the wizard to run the
troubleshooter.
Method 3
I would suggest you to check in new Microsoft account.
a) Press “Windows key +W”.
b) Type “users” without quotes
in the search box.
c) Then select “Users” from
the left panel.
d) Select “Switch to Microsoft account”
right below your user account name.
e) Enter the required details.
f) Restart the computer and then try to login using new Microsoft account.

2. Click
Delete on the security information you do not have access to. (Alternate email, Trusted PC, Mobile number)
3. Select "No, I don’t
have access" button. (The date on when the security information will be removed will appear)
4. Click
Delete Security Info.
5. Update the account with new Security Info.
6. Click
Save.
You just need to wait for 30 days for all the information to be removed and the new security information
to be automatically confirmed.
Try this workaround in adding the new PC:
Hit Windows Icon on your computer +R.
Type wlstartup.exe and click
Ok.
It wills launch Windows Live Essentials 2011.
Log in and select
Make this my Trusted PC.
