Hi Muhammad,
Thank you for posting your query in Microsoft forums.
From your issue description, I understand that wifi sharing on your computer is not working.
If it says “hosted network cannot get started”, disable all current wireless devices and try again.
This feature requires that a Hosted Network capable wireless adapter is installed. The driver for the wireless adapter must implement the wireless LAN device driver model defined by Microsoft for use on Windows 8.
Also, I would like to suggest you that you need to make sure “Allow other network users to connect through this computers internet connection” are enabled on the mobile network devices properties and specify the hosted network device in the same screen.
Also, I would suggest you to update the wireless network drivers from manufacturer's website.

anyone who has ever arrived to solution to this problem, please help. I've tried all means: checking for my driver updates I device manager and from intel driver update utility. from this, all is well with my drivers but still can't change the status of my hosted network support on my pc. is there something I'm missing????????
