Where is Update Agent download for Windows 10

Posted before, got one answer that totally messed up my Update history.

Been WAITING all week for another answer with several replies from me. One and done?

Where is the Windows 10 procedure to RESET Windows Update like all other OS's

Then I need the PROPER download of Update Agent like all of the older OS's already have.

Even XP which M$ won't even upgrade! Please try to answer before I am 67.

Here's my version:

to summarize,There is no Windows update agent download for windows 10.The update agent downloads through Windows update and that is the only way.

I would like to know the error codes that are preventing the updates to Install.

Is this what you are asking about?

No I tried all of them. WUD Diag, DISM was tried twice, never got REPLY after I emailed the file!

M$ Phone help took over my PC and ran them again FOR HOURS. Kept failing!

My Windows 7 machine that cannot upgrade due to an old video driver was fixed with a download of WUD Agent for 7. Could also get one for 8.1 and XP which won't even update anymore...

SAD! Every time I post here I get no help at all. No answers

RESET destroys your programs. Never do that again! Will go back to 7 first.

How to read Windows Update logs in Windows 10
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3036646

Windows Update logs are now generated using ETW (Event Tracing for Windows).
Please run the Get-WindowsUpdateLog PowerShell command to convert ETW traces into a readable WindowsUpdate.log.

For more information, please visit http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=518345

Type powershell in the Search Box and launch PowerShell App.

Enter the command      Get-WindowsUpdateLog     into the window and let the machine process and work on it for several minutes.

A readable Windows Update log will finish up on your Desktop.

See the paragraph called "Locating Failures in the log file" from this article.

Can you give me a clue as to what I should look at?  There are 9 pages concerning going from XP to Windows 10 at that link.

I am also not too sure why you want to go there in the first place perhaps you can clarify the "why" too.

Can you offer any explanation why the two Wuaueng.dll (above image) would be so different in size?

Yeah and that's a problem!!  My 1511 version of Win 10 started updating yesterday morning on my new 4G metered service and I was thinking I could take the 5GB download hit on my monthly allowance.  Ask me how that worked out?

It now only downloaded 16.07, but it also downloaded 1703 and BOTH failed to install because the 40GB partition on an 80GB hard drive that it was installed on RAN OUT OF ROOM after it downloaded 10GB of updates that weren't installed.  Before I started the upgrade there was over 15GB free space??  And not only that, but I moved the partition out enough to do the install and what did it do then?  It installed Update Agent then proceeded to DOWNLOAD THE UPDATE AGAIN??

So here I am again with 15GB of downloaded upgrades to do what less than 5GB was suppose to do to begin with.  And never mind what all this extra data is going to cost me over what I'm already paying?????

Wish I'd never, ever seen Windows 10 because it's the biggest screwup I've ever seen in my life!!
