Family safety not working

Family safety seems to have stopped working on one of my children's accounts.

After upgrading to Windows 10, I set up Hotmail accounts for them, as child accounts and enabled family safety, with time limits, etc.

All worked for a while, but now on one of the accounts, no sites get blocked and no time limits are implemented.

I've tried deleting possible corrupted files in the relevant C:\ProgramData area, but to no avail.

Also, when I receive reports, one account is fine, reporting sites visited, but the affected account shows no internet access (when I know this is the case).

Finally, there doesn't appear to be a family safety icon in the systray, but I believe this was available previously as we could check on any remaining time available.

Thanks in advance for any advice offered.

Answer

Pavan,

All updates were already installed and the affected account is added as a child account.

It does seem to have started to work, without me actually having done anything.

I'll keep an eye on it (and the second child account that is set up)
