MineCraft Windows 10

Hi

I have bought Minecraft for the Xbox and one for Windows 10, but now I want it on another Windows 10 PC. 

Do I have to buy it again? 

Please assist.

I'm an Independent Advisor and consumer of Microsoft products just like you. Let me help you with your concern.

You don't need to buy it again. To install to another PC you just have to login using the Microsoft account you used to buy the game in the Microsoft Store. Then head to the Library to install a copy of the game. You can install games bought in Microsoft Store up to 10 PCs.

Hi.  

Thank you for the reply.  But tha is just my problem.  The Minecraft for Win10  that I bought is not in my library.  And I am logging in with the same account that I bought it with.  This was the order email i recieved.

Try to reset the Microsoft Store cache
Press the Windows Key + R to open the Run dialog box, type wsreset.exe, and then click OK.
Wait for the command to finish and Microsoft Store will open automatically

Try to reset Microsoft Store in the Settings
Click Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features.
Find Microsoft Store, click it and click the advanced options link.
On the following page, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store.

Update Microsoft Store
In Microsoft Store, select See more (...) > Downloads and updates > Get updates

After doing the above solutions restart your PC.
After the restart, open Microsoft Store app then check your Library. It should be there and you should be able to install it. Ensure that you are logged in the Microsoft Store app using the account you used to buy the game.

Thank you for assisting with this.  

I have done what you suggested in your last response, but it still has not solved my issue?  I still don't see the Minecraft for Windows 10 in My Library?  I still only see the one i bought for the Xbox in December 2019, but not the Minecraft for Windows 10, I bought in June 2020?

What else can be done?
