Same issue - all audio ceased working after Windows 11 24H2 update.
Have already run the audio troubleshooter - returns that the hardware is not connected/installed, and I need to connect it (despite no physical change in anything since before the update). Normal speakers are internal to the monitor and monitor works fine. There are separate corded headphones that also are not recognised.
Have already gone to Device Manager and updated each driver - it says I already have the most up to date drivers.
Have already uninstalled the drivers via Device Manager (multiple times). Upon scanning for hardware changes or restarting computer, still does not work and comes up with the yellow warning triangle on the driver. Originally in properties (right click on driver -> properties) it had a Code 39 error. After uninstalling it is now a Code 19 error.
When I go into settings and sound devices, it does not recognise that any are there. However, they show up once I restart the 'Windows Audio' and 'Windows Audio Endpoint Builder' service via Services app/program. When I click into the audio hardware after they show up, when I click on 'Allow' nothing happens - it does not even recognise that I have clicked it. This applies to all the entries. Also, on some of the entries/devices when I click on it the 'Settings' app/program freezes and is unresponsive and has to be force closed.
After checking updates daily, went into 'Advanced Options' then 'Optional Updates', downloaded all of those relating to audio. It put a few more drivers under 'Sound, video and games controllers' but all came up with Code 39 errors. Even after uninstalling, they still appeared, said it was the most up to date and still Code 39 error.
Also, as a side issue, the computer did not like the drivers for the webcam I have (very old Logitech) saying that is it not compatible due to a security setting prevention the driver from loading and that I would have to turn off the 'memory integrity' setting in order to use it. Worked fine before the 24H2 update, so something in the update made it unacceptable despite it being old - not the biggest issue in the world as do not use it much. Should not have to get rid of a security feature to be able to use it when the update is the issue with no further explanation.
All the online answers to audio issue point to the same thing of update and reinstall drivers to fix the problem, which does not actually fix the problem. Further very few are specifically written for Windows 11 - most are 10 and below, which have similar but different options and processes. I have already tried manually updating all drivers from Windows and the various manufacturers websites with no success as I already have the most up to date drivers.
Not sure where to go from here as it appears that I have tried most options. It all stems from the 24H2 update and whatever was included in there to affect my system that was working perfectly beforehand. I am aware of some suggestions for using a restore point to go back to before the update, however, that is not the best option as it may fix the audio but otherwise leave the system vulnerable due to not having the most up to date system/settings/security that is contained in the update. I have not gone into the Registry to modify as I am not experienced in that area and know how dangerous it can be, additionally I do not know which values to change on which 'Class" etc.
A solution to the problem would be very appreciated.

I have the same problem and performed all the steps above. This 'No ouput devices found' error occured after the Windows 11 update on December 16th or so. I now have no audio on the HP Envy laptop. Can Microsoft PLEASE do another upgrade to address this error in the previous upgrade as it seems to be a system-wide problem. Thank you very much!!

Yes, same problem for me. Going round in circles. Very frustrating! Can we not speak with a human being at Microsoft support anymore?
