I don't know if you have experienced the same issue, but in my case, after connecting my Bluetooth headphones, the sound quality weakened. I discovered that the only solution was to revert to a previous version of Windows Update. After doing so, the sound quality returned.
I am back to 23H2 version

I've been having the same sound problems on my Acer Nitro 50 since the last two Insider builds. I have been able to restore my sound by uninstalling my Realtek sound card in device manager, along with checking the box to remove the driver. After doing so, I will do a search for new hardware upon which the system will find and install the sound card, bringing my audio back. Unfortunately, shortly after this, the system will reinstall the driver and tell me to reboot to finish the installation. If I reboot, I lose all audio again. So what I am doing now is to leave my system running and if I do have to reboot for some reason, I will uninstall the audio card again and start over. While this is far from a permanent solution, it at least brings my audio back.
I have attempted to find updated drivers but have been unable to find any that are more recent than what is on my system. This is definitely a Windows problem and I hope they are looking for a solution, but really do not expect one. I expect to be having this bug until I inevitably purchase a new system in a year or so when the next Windows version comes out, or I format this one and start from scratch, which I really have no time or interest to do right now.

I do NOT have either Intel graphics or sound hardware in my system, and I have no Intel audio or video drivers on my system. I am a retired computer hardware tech with over 40 years of experience, so I do know what to look for and verify before submitting a problem report for help.

If you read my post, you will see that I have found a workaround for the problem. It appears to be a WINDOWS problem, as I am using the exact same driver as I was with an earlier version of Windows. I run Insider Canary versions, and basically install a new Windows version update every week, the only thing that has changed on my system is the Windows version. Realtek has not changed their driver since 2021. As for my including my experience, that is to avoid the people telling me to reboot, or do other very basic things to troubleshoot the problem. I know what I am doing, I know how to use the device manager and to troubleshoot computer hardware and software and do not need rookie or newbie advice. My processor does NOT INCLUDE EITHER AUDIO OR VIDEO.
Also, if you actually read the title of this subject, it is about REALTEK AUDIO DRIVERS and nothing else. It is not about video or game hardware. So please stay on topic.

I’ve been having a similar problem for some time. Yesterday, I reset my BIOS to “ BIOS Defaults” and everything seems to be back, working as intended!!
My ‘Realtek Microphone Array’ disappeared some time ago. After trying various downloads as mentioned on this thread my Realtek Audio Speakers disappeared as well!!
I decided to try resetting BIOS and within a few minutes all my Audio settings were back working properly.
Worth a try if your having audio problems.

Hello Community!
I have got a Fujitsu laptop with the following processor: AMD Ryzen 7 PRO 5875U with Radeon Graphics.
My Audio Controllers are:
AMD Audio Device
AMD High Definition Audio Device
Realtek(R) Audio
Audio output does not work anymore in any way since the laptop was updated from 23H2 to 24H2, it says no audio output device was found.
All troubleshooting, driver updating, etc. did not help at all.
Has anyone a hint for this hardware configuration?
Thanks and many regards,
Jörg
