PC keeps randomly crashing

For the past maybe year and a half, my pc has been randomly crashing. I have been unable to figure out why, and is absolutely doing my head in.

Sometimes it can go months without crashing, sometimes it has an off day and just crashes 4-5 times. It seems like it prefers when a game is running and so ive recently just been having a game open even when not playing.

The crashes are usually:

- Both monitors turning black, showing the 'display' icons in the middle, with audio playing fine

- Both monitors turning black, showing the 'display' icons in the middle, with audio stuttering

- Both monitors turning black, showing the 'display' icons in the middle, with audio stopping too

- Both monitors freezing, being stuck on the same image, with audio playing fine

- Both monitors freezing, being stuck on the same image, with audio stuttering

- Both monitors freezing, being stuck on the same image, with audio stopping too

Sometimes a crash is abrupt, sometimes a crash starts and fixes itself, where the audio will lag, as well as the monitor visual and the mouse. Sometimes the crash wont fix itself and will occur after a minute or two of the lagging.

The only way to fix the crash is to hold my pc power button and restart.

Restart sometimes fixes it, sometimes the pc will struggle to reboot and eventually show a 'windows did not restart correctly' and restart.

Restart sometimes starts normally but will crash again. Sometimes the restart will start the pc, but the monitors wont show the pc display, so ill have to turn the pc off via power button, turn both monitors off, turn the pc on via power, and then turn the monitors on.

I have updated from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with no success in fixing it.

I have completely wiped my pc, with no success in fixing the issue.

I have changed how the pc is powered (so now it is connected directly to the wall outlet)

I have looked in the event viewer for anything weird, nothing out of the ordinary that would be causing a crash in 'Windows Logs' System or Application.
Please please please tell me someone knows what this is.
