LiveKernelEvent 193&141

Hello everyone,

My laptop is having critical hardware errors repeatedly. Usually the screen just freezes and remains unresponsive. Sometimes i receive a blue screen.

I tried many fixes from different discussions with no success:

LiveKernelEvent 117 & 141 - Microsoft Community

LiveKernelEvent 141, 117, 193 Crashes - Microsoft Community

Windows 11 screen freeze - HP Support Community - 8888726

I also recently did a clean install to windows.

these are the two error codes i get:

My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to help you.

See if your computer is creating minidump files.

To find these files, this is the path "C:\Windows\Minidump".

First copy and paste all the minidump files you have to another folder and then zip it. Then upload the ZIP file to the cloud on a website like OneDrive, Google Drive or Dropbox.

Choose to share or right click and get the share link.

Please post the link to the ZIP file here so it can be reviewed.

If no minidump file was generated, export the event logs, upload to a cloud and send here.

Press Windows key + R and type eventvwr
Within Event Viewer, expand Windows Logs.
Select System > Click Action > Save All Events As...

The logs do not indicate a specific cause, in this case I recommend that you go to the manufacturer's website, search for your system model and download the recommended drivers.
