how do you setup new sync parternship in windows 10?

When I go to sync setup / setup new sync partnership, it reads "there are no new sync partnerships that can be setup on this computer."

im hoping this is not another case of an incomplete / non functional yet included / installed windows application.

for option 1, does any text need to be added to the notepad file? does it matter where it is saved? i created a blank txt file, named it formatdatabase.reg, then ran RegEdit.exe /s FormatDatabase.reg at the command file and nothing changed.

for option 2, in step 2, CSC (shown in the path) does not exist in my regedit.

(Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\services\CSC\Parameters)

for option 3, i entered the command listed in the command prompt and it said access denied.

hello, that link is referring to syncing with onedrive. I am not using one drive. I want to set up a sync partnership with a network drive. When i go to create a new partnership none are available. How do i setup a sync partnership with a network drive?

For sync offline files of pc you need to have onedrive, mobile companion or etc. To which you want to sync files with. Kindly can i know where do you want to sync your files with.
