However, before using that tool, please refresh the Windows 11 24H2 eligibility assessment using Task Scheduler.
Launch Task Scheduler.
Go to:
Task Scheduler Library > Microsoft > Windows > Application Experience.
Right-click on the Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser task and then select Enabled.
Right-click on the Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser task and then select Run. It takes a few minutes to complete.
After the task completes execution, restart Windows and check for updates. Let me know if WU offers the latest feature update.

Note:
Refreshing the assessment using the Microsoft Compatibility Appraiser task has an advantage. We can determine if there is a safeguard hold for the device, and if so, we can rectify the software incompatibilities and then upgrade via WU, Installation Assistant, or the ISO. Bypassing the safeguard holds (if any) using the installation assistant or the ISO is usually not recommended,
