Black screen missing operating system

Hello

I use windows 10, my computer slowed down and I wanted to reset it, a black image appeared on reset, I decided to shut down the computer, when I restarted it it told me missing operating system, when I click the del key on the keyboard to enter bios at the bottom of the black screen says "A4 hard disk smart command failed" press F1 to resume. After that I wanted to install the new system on my computer but there was no partition to install the system and it said "we couldn't find any drives .. "I entered cmd via system installation and typed chkdsk / r but it said" cannot lock currente drive

Windows can't run disk checking for this volume because it is write protected "

Please help me

Image and after removing the bootable stick when i turned on the computer it said "reboot and select proper boot device

insert boot media in selected boot device and press a key. And no hard disk was detected in the biosImage

Alright. Stupid of me to not tell you test with another drive on this pc.
It seems like your mainboard has an issue then when it does not recognize a working drive which is recognized just fine by another pc.
Did you try switching the Sata slot and cable? Maybe its just the slot being broken and not the full hardware controller or mainboard.

I tried it, but nothing. Sometimes it recognizes the hard drive (the primary hard drive in the computer that I cannot start) but this appears

and after clicking F1 this appears (missing operating system)

Then most likely your mainboard is broken.
Can you test any other drive on the board to see if its just a weird incompatibility or a proper defect.
If the latter you ought to replace the mainboard.

Probably the motherboard is broken. I tried inserting the hard disk drive from that primary computer to another computer and it pops up without problems, so I'm pretty sure it's the motherboard that is broken.

Thank you very much for your time and your you helped me 🙂
