Hi Ahmed -

Thanks for the response and the screenshots

Did you performed the steps provided? If so, what's the result?

If not, kindly perform the result and check if it helps resolving the issue.

You may also manually download the audio driver of your computer directly to the manufacturer website and install it to your computer.

You can just visit the OEM website and search for a specific driver base on your system brand and system model.

Kevin B.

Hi Ahmed -

Thanks for the response.

It appears that the audio driver is not working even though the driver has been re-installed.

Kindly perform an in-place repair on your computer. In-place repair/upgrade or repair reinstall is a process of re-installing Windows without touching any of your applications or personal files. In this way if there's any data corruption, damaged system files or missing system files on your computer, this repair will fix or repair them.

To start we need to download an ISO file of Windows 10 and save it to your computer. Please follow the instruction on the link below to create an ISO file

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/402819...

After the ISO is created, follow the instructions on the link below created by PaulSey, Microsoft Agent, on how to perform repair install on your computer.

https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

This process will take some time to complete so you need to be very patient in waiting until the process completes. Once done , restart your computer and check if the issue is resolved.

Regards,
Kevin B.

Hi Ahmed-

Thank you for keeping me posted. If the physical device is damage the next thing that you might consider is to check if the audio input and output is working using other device.

If so, meaning that it is really a hardware concern and you need to replace them.

If there is a way for you to try using other device and see if the audio will work that would narrow down the concern.

Regards.
Kevin B.
