Cannot upgrade Surface Pro X to Windows 10 version 2004

Hello, I've tried to upgrade my Surface Pro X to Windows 10 version 2004 and I got an error message saying 'This PC can't be upgraded to Windows 10'

Any idea why? and what can be done ?

Hey Everyone,

 

An update is now available for Surface Pro X in Windows Update. Installing this update is required before your Surface will be offered the Windows 10 May 2020 Update Version 2004 feature upgrade.
