Issue - Power Management Tab is missing from Device Manager for Bluetooth and other devices.
Question - How to manage power on windows devices and/or how to get Power Management Tab back on?
Device - Microsoft Surface Book 2 15" i7

Yes, this one is interesting, looks like Microsoft is looking to switch off Control Panel completely.. but anyway, back to the topic.
Yes, "Devices and printers" there and under the device in questions there are Properties, and there is the option for multiple Bluetooth sub-devices. There are good few of them so need to go through every device to find "Power Management Tab", need to open Advanced Settings when you are within Hardware Device Properties otherwise it won't display. Eventually, I found one under name of "Bluetooth Low Energy GATT compliant HID device", it was the only device which had Power Management Tab.
I unchecked all the boxes for Microsoft Surface Keyboard and for Microsoft Surface Precision Mouse and will test it for today-tomorrow and will share if it worked or not.
If you need to see the Power Management Tab (hidden) in device manager you have to create a specific key and set value to 0
Open RegEdit and move to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Power
If it's not created yet, you have to create a new DWORD key named CsEnabled and set the value to 0.
Restart the machine or if the device can be disabled without cause issues, you can disable it via device manager and renable it.
Once you reopen the device properties you should see the Power Management if that device support it.
