I reset my pass then enabled two step verification accidentally when It popped up on the screen, now I am locked out for 30 days because I cannot reset because the two step verification is flawed.  I only have 1 step to use as I didn't set it up, the TSV was just enabled.  And did not think it would be active with only 1 step, now I am being told that no body has the means to reverse any of this.  This I do not believe.  Any help would be great thank  you
