I recently downloaded the Neverwinter June 18, 2019 update. Since the update, my Xbox has had a cascade of problems. Mainly internet ones. I have tried all the standard suggestions from you forums and even went so far as resetting my Xbox to factory settings! Nothing has worked! I think it might be internal. The Wi-Fi antenna might have burned out or something. Please help!  The modem isn't the problem either. Reset it too. Just FYI.
