      I have had New Outlook for several months as my .PST file got too big for old Outlook due to a lot of contacts. I have 3 email accounts in Outlook, as I always have. Now I realize that my contacts, which were consolidated, are now separate for each email address. When I made the switch it seems each email address got a copy of all contacts, but now, when I add a contact, it is only available if I search under the email address I happened to be in when I saved it. Can they be consolidated again?

      Hello, i have trouble with my new Outlook mailbox, it can't be sorted to recent mail, even i have been using layout setting, and sync button, is this possibly related to mail storage also?

      I set up a nonprofit organization I volunteer with a Microsoft Teams Essentials subscription, but I cannot access the admin center to change the subscription. I get the error message "Your account *** doesn’t have permission to view or manage this page in the Microsoft 365 admin center" . I have tried all email addresses possible (the organization's email, my personal and my work email) and none of them are set up as admin. how do i fix this?

      I can't connect my institutional account because it asks me for a verification code or authorization on Authenticator, but in the app that I have on my phone nothing happens unlike what happens for my personal account. What do I do?

      Teamsのチームで、メンバーを追加より社外の方のメールアドレスを入力し、ゲストとして登録を行う際に名前を追加で組織名称を登録しました。その後、登録を確認したところ組織名称ではなく個人名に変更されていました。手違いかと思いましたが、その後 数人を登録したところ、何人か同じように別名称となっています。この理由はなぜでしょうか?変更するには、管理者権限が必要のようなので現在はこのまま運用しています。どうしても変更したい場合は、一度登録したゲストユーザを削除し、その後再度作成すればよろしいでしょうか?登録したメールアドレスは会社組織のもので、マイクロソフトアカウントではありませんがもしかすると、別の何らかの件でマイクロソフトのADに、その名称で登録されているのではないかと推察します。その場合は、おそらく削除し再度登録しても、また変更されるだけだろうと思っています。よろしくお願いいたします。

      I'm looking for Graph API endpoint to capture the MS Teams rooms activity data line in the below screenshot.       Is there a limit to the number of attendance reports that are generated for a regularly scheduled meeting?I have a meeting scheduled, actually a class, twice per week from January to May, and I download the attendance report after every meeting, except today.Teams will not provide the attendance report for today's meeting, it will only present the reports up to last week.

      Hello,A colleague recorded a Teams Webinar, but the recording is not available. I saw her click "start recording" and also "end recording" at start and end time so we were sure that the recording would be available right after the meeting as it usually is.
