I am facing download issues with my nokia lumia 610. It does not download any app from marketplace .If I try to download any app it loads and after some moment it says: "There has been a problem completing your request. Try again later." Error code: d000f001 . I tried hard rest , entered other email and tried to do everything possible with the help of internet but I was unable solve my problem . It is a serious problem my phone is useless without any app Please help me...

I bought a Nokia with Windows Phone 7.8 a few months ago. Everything was fine but since today I can't install ANY APPLICATION from Marketplace.  I've hard reset phone and added to a new Microsoft Account. Practical, I have a hole new identity and Phone it's recovered from factory settings.  Why I can't still install applications ?   

For everyone who still has a Windows Phone 7.x device, can you please try and download an app from the Microsoft Store.  Right now, I and many others can see apps in the Store, but if you click on "Install" the app does not download. It gives an Error Code: d000f001  Please reply "Yes" if you can download or "No" if you cannot download apps. Cheers, PaulC

I cannot configure default programs so that the new OneNote 2016 comes up when I click on the top button on my surface pen. I have all defaults to on for this app. The only default I can't appear to turn off for the OneNote app that comes with Windows (which I believe is sometimes referred to as the Metro version) is "ONENOTE-CMD." When I push the button on the stylus to open OneNote 2013, the metro version comes up. I have made 2013 the default, used the "Surface app" to verify that it is set to open 2013, and I have perused for answers. I just spent 1.5 hours waiting for a call from Microsoft. I was then put on hold for 1.5 hours, when a business call came in. OneNote 2013 is 95% of my use on SP3. Please help.

I'm having trouble getting my surface pro 3 stylus to open the new Onenote 2016 with the top button on my stylus. I have the prgram listed on my surface app, and the option is selected. Also, the pen is paired properly, my surface is totally up to date, and my pen has a good battery in it.

I have a Surface Pro 3 and I am trying to use OneNote. I want to convert my handwriting to text but I am not given the option to do so within the OneNote application on my Surface Pro 3. Is there any way to "convert to text" within the Surface Pro OneNote software, or is the software stripped down for the tablet and only available for the desktops? Thanks

I read the post on opening OneNote 2013 by clicking on the pen top but it didn't help. I can't find the check box the article talks about in advanced options.  My goal is to open the full (not preview) version of OneNote 2016 when I push the pen button not the app that comes with the Surface. When I click the Windows 10 Action Center, I have 4 options for changing my screen brightness: 25, 50, 75, and 100%. I would like to change these options to something custom, most notably add or change to 0%. I am guessing I can do this somewhere in the registry, but I dont know how to find that entry. Note I am not interested in knowing how to change my screen brightness generally; that's simple. I want to know specifically how to change the Action Center brightness options.

Hi, from last two days i am not able to us Cortana. It keeps on crashing. Also, I'm not able to give voice instructions. Not able to use the mike button. How to download windows 10 1511 iso ? I was downloading it from tech bench site on a 2g network from India. But today when I went to refresh download link it was giving me the build 10240's link. This svchost.exe used for remote procedure call and RPC end point mapper use about 30% cpu. I've tried to clean my hosts file as some people said, but it doesn't work. And it make windows hanging up suddenly. So, in fact, it like 100% of cpu has been used... After I restart windows10, it would be fixed. However, after I used my computer for a while. I have noticed that some files that I was able to Pin to Start in Windows 8.1 Pro are not allowed in Windows 10 Pro. Example being:  Word are Excel file Any solutions to this? Thanks

Hello So I've just received my windows 10 pro today I tried making my onenote desktop as my default but when i bring up the menu from the right side and click "note", it still brings up the none desktop version of onenote how do i fix this? thank you (i have SP3)

I have the RTM build 10240 of Windows 10 as an upgrade from Windows 8.1 on my Surface Pro 3 and now OneNote will not launch when the top button is pressed on the pen when the device is asleep.. nor can I do screen shots any longer  by double tapping the top button of the surface pen.
