I have a password protected Excel file that I put in OneDrive Personal Vault.  It opens fine on my windows 10 machine but when I try to access it on my Galaxy 6 phone it says it cant open. Never gets to the "enter you password".  I can copy it out of the Personal Vault to One Drive root and it works fine. Any suggestions?
