My sons xbox is stuck on the sign in page I have followed the reset instructions but I can't access the settings menu bfor a factory resrt because the Xbox logo on the controller isn't bringing up the settings menu either?

This has been going on for at least 4 months. I deleted fortnite for a while and want to try it out again. But every time I try, the scenario I described happens. Also, every time I boot up my Xbox this version 0 is downloaded, no matter how many times I delete this version it keeps popping back up. I have no idea what I should even try to do to fix this.

Haven’t turned my Xbox One X for a few months and came back to turn it back on and the Xbox turns on fine but can’t connect the TV. Tried everything under the sun on Microsoft Support and Xbox Support and had no luck. The Xbox doesn’t sound normal is all that I can notice wrong with it, nothing wrong with HDMI leads as have other devices connected in other ports in the TV.
