Outlook.com account temporarily suspended

Hi

"You account is temporarily suspended". This has now happened 5 times already. There is no apparent reason why it keeps getting suspended but I basically can't use my email address and have to unlock with an SMS code. I've changed my password multiple times already (it is now extremely extremely long and complicated). This has 0 effect. I'm pleading for an answer how this can stop because otherwise I have to abandon my email address at outlook.com.  

Please support and don't just block accounts every other day for no apparent reason. That is very frustrating for your users.
