I cannot access my account

Before we proceed, I need more information to help you better.

1.  When you say ‘windows live.mail’, are you referring to the Outlook.com (web based interface) or Windows Live Mail?

2.  When you say ‘I can't get access to windows live.mail without having a microsoft account’, how were you accessing your emails earlier?

3.  When you say ‘How can I go back to using the internet as before’, what do you mean by that?

4.  On your Mac desktop are you accessing your account through the Safari web browser?

5.  On your Samsung phone are you accessing your account through the Outlook app?

6.  Can you please provide us the brief description about the issue?

To access my hotmail email, until about 3 days ago I used to type in www.Hotmail.com into my safari browser, which would then be redirected to https://dub124.mail.live.com.  I would then have access to my hotmail email.  3 days ago, Skype sent me an email saying that my account had not been used for 180 days and autocharge was deactivated follow the link to reactivate my account.  So I went through the steps of logging on to my skype account to reactivate my account.  It was during this process that I couldn't access my account without opening a microsoft account.  Now to access my hotmail I need to log onto a microsoft account (see photo attached here) before I can log onto my hotmail.  This is across all my devices, and even if I use another browser like Chrome.  

I just want to go back to not having to log into a Microsoft Account to use hotmail.

I don't use the outlook app on my mobile, I used it web based, it hotmail.com which is redirected to https://dub124.mail.live.com.  I don't use the outlook app.

We apologize for providing incorrect response and not being able to address your concern in a timely manner.

Earlier you might have checked the Keep me signed in option on the pervious login screen due to which you were able to access your account directly without having to enter your email account credentials. But now there is a new login page which has been implemented across all the devices, in the new login page you will have to enter your email account credentials to access your account as the autocomplete feature (Keep me signed in option) isn’t working in the new login page.

I suggest you to refer to the following response created by ZigZag3143 (Windows IT Pro MS -MVP) on Autofill disabled on new Microsoft login page.

Second In order to help you effectively we need to know exactly what email system you are using.  You can see the differences here

Microsoft is migrating all users to a new email format called outlook mail.  Everyone is being changed.  I suspect that is what's happening to you.

If by this  I "don't want the account that is the issue"  You mean you want the old format instead of the new that cannot happen.  Once migrated you cannot go back

Do you mean a live.com email address or the windows live email client?

You need to be much more specific.
