Hello Forum,
One of our client is using the legacy live mail accounts given by Microsoft under their domain for free years ago. A few days ago one of the account has got suspended for Terms of use violation. Our efforts to unsuspend the mail account have not met with success.
Microsoft seems to have a built in mechanism to request for restoration of services and access to the mail account by contacting support. Unfortunately the hyperlink is throwing an error stating that "We are sorry, the page you have requested is not found - The URL may be misspelled or the page you are looking for is no longer available.
Our efforts to find solution through help forums have all suggested on clicking "contact support" and that would take to you a page where it would ask for mobile OTP delivery and that leads to unsuspension of the suspended account.
After clicking on "contact support", is form is displaying for 1 or 2 seconds and then moving to the above mentioned apology page.
Thanks in advance, if anyone knows the resolution we would greatly appreciate.
