My email has been recreated by someone and my facebook account can no longer access by me!!!

This is very serious to me as I could not access my email anymore. As far as been told by one of the Microsoft staff about my email has been removed from the system because of inactivity and recreated by someone else. How could this happen even though my email account has not been accessed in ages!! I thought the email is unique to everyone and would not recreate again. Now my facebook and other associated accounts could not access it anymore!! The worst part is the current owner has changed my facebook password!! Besides, I have forgotten the facebook security question's answer as well. I am very afraid of exposing my confidential data to the current owner. Please assist me!! This is very important and crucial to me!!!

Inactive account emails are returned to the available pool after one year. If someone else has claimed it, they now own it and there is very little (if anything) you can do about it.

This is so worst!!! Without notifying me about deleting my account, now my every confidential data has exposed to the current owner!

Nothing is exposed. The first thing that happens when an account is marked inactive is the data is deleted.

I filled out like thousand times of the form and got none update from there! This is very bad service from Microsoft.

So they did not respond at all?  Or did they say you did not give them enough information?  If you cannot give them enough info to prove you are the owner you are out of luck

In either case, as I said, we do not have access to the accounts here.  Only they do.

FYI this is a peer to peer site staffed mostly by volunteers who have little or no contact with Microsoft.  We can do even less than you can

Yes, I have provided every info I got and they dont give a damn to this problem. I am wondering is there anyone working? I would not use hotmail anymore.
