MSN/Hotmail sign in

On my msn.com email, I keep getting a thing that says its "unable to sign in to account", "server password has changed", "enter the new password". Then it shows my email addresss & wants a password. This has been going on for a few months. I've changed my password a few times but it still does it. Is anyone else having this issue?

This issue may occur due to possible setting change. To isolate the issue, we need to ask few information for us to come up with a better resolution. Please answer the following:

What device are you using to access your email?
Are you trying to login using a Web base email or email application?
