New Account Recovery Form Process!

Here's some tips that can help you pass on the form:

1. Answer as many questions as you can, If your not sure for the answer? Leave it blank.

2. Use the information you provided when you created the account or last updated it.

3. You will be asked to list recently used email addresses and the subject lines from recent emails. Ask for help from family members, friends or business contacts to confirm their email addresses and tell you the subject lines of the last three emails they sent you.
4. If you used your account for subscription please enter the credit card that you used. Or the Xbox information.
