My girlfriend has a hotmail account, she cannot access this account now.

My girlfriend has a hotmail account and got a new phone, basically Outlook are asking for the password and she thinks shes typing the right one but its not. She doesn't remember enough details about the account because she made it 8  years ago and the recovery email address is no longer active. Is there any way someone could help? Shes desperate to get this sorted asap as she as memorable photos on this account and also needs this to get a refunded holiday amount.

I have already tried the recovery link, however because she does not remember any details she signed up with she cannot pass the criteria.

Not that long ago, she can tell what emails she recently sent and received.

Did she only access the account using the phone?

Is she accessing the account from the same location where she recently sent and received emails?

No, she would have used this through her laptop and old phone as she recently got a new phone. Yes she has not travel to a different country or anything
