I need help to access the outlook email account I have had over 20 + years. Can you please let me know how to do this? All of a sudden, it doesn't work.

Is It A Verizon.net account? There are issues outlook changing setting to yahoo.

Can you explain what doesn't work to me please?
Are you accessing your email through https://outlook.live.com/ or an email application?
Do you get errors? If so when opening application when sending and receiving emails.
Click on the link above and log in with your email and password. Do you get an error when trying to log in? If having problems logging in Click on the link below to reset your password.

Well, apparently I can only access my old account through my phone. When I go to click on my Microsoft account, i is trying to make me set up a new web email. I have a work web email, but this old one is my outlook installed on my pc.

If you click on the link on the top right hand corner it says sign in. Don't click on create new account.
