account doesn’t exist

I am trying to set up my email in a new iphone, but when I input my account email in the outlook entry window it pops up that the Microsoft accout doesnt exist!!! Please help, thx
Hello, try downloading the Outlook app from the app store and log in with the app. Make sure to double check your address and your password. They both have to be case-sensitive. Hope this helps and let me know if there are further questions! :-)
