The Microsoft Hotmail SpamFighters program is sending me emails and I can't opt out

Now that my email has switched, I am still getting the Microsoft Hotmail SpamFighters emails.  The options in the emails do not function.  I wish to opt-out of the system but the opt-out link does not work.

 

The opt-out link (Stop Participating) points to the site:

 

http://www.hotmail.msn.com/cgi-bin/feedback

 

The email is coming from:

 

Microsoft Spam Fighters*** Email address is removed for privacy ***
