Outlook.com sign in page do not load and display's only white screen.

Original post: Why am I suddenly getting a blank (white) screen when I try to go to the Outlook sign-in page?

I have not changed any of my computer settings, but all of the sudden when I go to the Outlook home page to sign in, the screen never loads, it just shows blank white. My brower is Firefox and I have updated it to the latest version and am still having the same problem.

Hi jojodiva,

We appreciate your time and effort for getting back to us and for the information that you have provided.

What browser did you use when it prompts you that your browser is set to block cookies and that you must allow cookies before you can use a Microsoft account?

You've mentioned that you're getting a warning message when you tried to use Internet Explorer. Can you provide the exact warning message that you received? Just to confirm, you can now access Outlook.com when using Internet Explorer. Is that right?

Have you tried disabling your Firefox add-ons? Does the issue still persists? If you've done optimizing and disabling add-ons on your Firefox browser and you still encounter the same issue we recommend that you contact Firefox Support for further assistance.

We're looking forward for your response so that we can provide further assistance.

Thank you.
