How to change verification email?

When i set up a new pc it asks me to verify the outlook email that i signed into but it wants me to verify my old gmail account. I want to change the verification email to my new gmail accout but i dont know how

Hi Bryce,

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below:

Go to https://account.live.com
Click on Security & privacy tab on top.
Click on More security settings.
Click on Add security info.
By default it will add phone number, so from the drop down change it to An alternate email address.
Enter your new Gmail address and click on Next.
A verification code will be sent to your new Gmail account, enter the code and click on Next.
The new Gmail account address will be updated and you can click on Remove, under your old Gmail address to remove it.

Please get back to us with the results once updated.
