Authenitactor app reset

I had the authenticator app on my Windows Phone 7 and I just upgraded to a Windows Phone 8 and now when I click on the security options in my outlook account it asks me to enter the code but I haven't added the account to my authenticator app on my new phone. How do I get it reset on my outlook account. Thank you.

To reconfigure the Authenticator App for a "Work or School Account" aka Azure Authenticator app

Login in to your Azure Active Directory Account and reconfigure your "Additional Security Verification"

Click the [ Configure ] button next to Azure Authenticator app to get a new QR Code

Go to the Mobile and launch Authenticator App

 Click [ + ] to add a new account

Select "Work or School Account"

Scan the QR Code

For a Microsoft "Personal Account"

Open the Authenticator App

Click [ + ] to add an account

Select "Personal Account"

Login to the account

When it asks you to Authenticate Using App, change to Text Message, Call Me or Email

When the Code arrives enter the code

The Authenticator App will then add the Personal Account to the iOS device
