So my main outlook/Xbox email got hacked and the linked account to that email got changed so i got the account back and waited the 30 days to have the info changed but about maybe 18 days ago the account got "temporally" disabled with no reason given or any notice that this would happen. I have now put in 2 different requests to get it unlocked and to find out why it was locked, so the first one i did the day the account got locked and nothing has happened and this was almost 20 days ago, the second one was only a few days ago but nothing has happened. I've tried to unlock it with the steps provided like try and sign in to get a code but it just shows with your account has been temporally disabled. so like what's going on??

It could be disabled due to suspicious activity or for violating of Microsoft's Terms of Use agreement. If it is temporarily disabled, there is a chance to get back into your account. You could wait until tomorrow and see if that changes since it is temporarily disabled.
Please let me know if the above information helped you. Thank you.
Best,
Abdullah
