Quarantine Reason: Transport Rules

We have a customer who is checking briefly about the quarantine emails from time to time. So far, this is only our customer that has a lot of issue about the emails that are in quarantine. One question we discussed is about the Quarantine reason: Transport Rules. I have not provided him a full details since I don't know the exact information.

Can anyone explaine what is Transport Rules in quarantine reason (see screenshot)

Hello Erymar Torres,

Check the quarantine details, check the policy type and the policy name.

For example:

this message as been quarantine mark as spam reason and it has been mark as spam and put in quarantine by the policy type Anti-spam policy it is the default one in my organization. So check the quarantine details.
