We have a customer who is checking briefly about the quarantine emails from time to time. So far, this is only our customer that has a lot of issue about the emails that are in quarantine. One question we discussed is about the Quarantine reason: Transport Rules. I have not provided him a full details since I don't know the exact information.
Can anyone explaine what is Transport Rules in quarantine reason (see screenshot)
