I am an independent advisor, and I am trying to help other users in Community with my experience in Microsoft products.
The bounce back emails contains the error code and other useful information to investigate the problem. Please share the screenshot of that bounce back email ( please do not forget to remove personal data ). In this thread you will find tips on how to insert screenshot into message https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/for...

Unfortunately I cannot see the screenshot. Please insert it into the message, if you will just copy paste it, it will not go through.

I can see screenshot now, however please remove personal information as it is a public forum.
As I can see from screenshot you are using youraddress@yourdomain which is a 3d party domain. This error also does not have to do with Outlook.
Is this the only gmail recipient that you cannot send email? It is most likely that the mailbox (maybe user deleted the account) is not available so email does not go through. You can login to your webmail and send this email to the same person and BCC your other account (preferably gmail if you have ) and check if this email will be delivered.

If this is happening with all replies sent to Gmail, you should contact Gmail Postmaster in order for them to investigate this. This has nothing to do with you Office Outlook as it is an email client that uses your address to send emails.
But if this is the case, my best guess is that you are on the black list, but only Gmail Postmaster Support can confirm this. In this Google article https://support.google.com/mail/answer/81126 is the form for contacting them
