Phishing email from fake "Microsoft account team"

I just got an email from so called "Microsoft account team" saying an "Unusual singin activity".

I have to give a credit to phishing scammers for trying, but if they want to really fool people, at least make it look real with proper grammar and spellings...

All the "link" on the email is "mailto:*** Email address is removed for privacy ***?&cc=*** Email address is removed for privacy ***&subject=unusual%20signin%20activity&body=Report%20The%20User"

Is there a way to report this kind of phishing emails to Microsoft directly?
