Hi,
Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.
It seems you wanted to open your Outlook account without having to sign in every time on your Windows 10. We need to investigate this to find the best possible answer to your request. Let's work on this together.
To better understand the situation, we would like to ask some questions, such as:
Are you referring to Outlook application or Outlook.com in the web?
What email domain are you using? e. Outlook.com, Hotmail.com, Live.com, etc.
We will be waiting for your response to our questions above to further isolate the issue.
Sincerely,
Leonardo_Y

Hi,
We appreciate the time and effort you spent on replying to our message.
I just want to clarify, so your using the Outlook application to login to your Outlook account and you wanted to sign-in to your Microsoft account via Chrome without being asked for the password as well, correct?
If my assumption is correct, every browser has the option to Save or Forget Passwords in the Settings. You can check this Microsoft Support article on how to manually enable the Save Password option Save or forget passwords in Microsoft Edge - Microsoft Support. There might be some difference but you can try following the path in enabling the Save Password in Chrome browser.
Since you are using the Outlook application, we would like to know which build/version of Office is installed on your device? Is it part of the Office/Microsoft 365 Family, Personal, or Business subscription? See this About Office: What version of Office am I using? - Microsoft Support
We also like to confirm how your account is configured, is it POP, IMAP or Exchange? Check image below on how to check the option
Click Info > Account Settings > You'll see a list of your email accounts with the "Type" shown as "IMAP/SMTP" or "POP/SMTP".
Sincerely,
Leonardo_Y
