New Email Account Sign in problem

Hello all,

I have created a new email account on outlook.com, at final step during accessing the mailbox it is showing the following error on the browser, please help in this regard. Each time I want to access my mailbox, the error displays

Hi, I am an independent adviser and would like to help you resolve your issue.

have you tried accessing your outlook account from different browser if not give it a try ,try clearing browser cookies and cache and see if it helps

I've the same probleme on my new mail and i tried to change my browser and it didn't work.

Solution that I found:

Go to incognito on chrome, sign into the new account. Once it successfully signs you in, and you can see your email, go to a normal chrome tab. Sign into outlook once again, and it should successfully sign you in. 

No clearing cookies or cache.

incognito mode worked for me.  With so many users using a shared account on a home pc, the login persistence of some of the MS365 services is becoming a real issue.
