Microsoft Account Hacked and login shows account does not exist anymore.

I was recently hacked and alot of my account was compromised.

I've regained all my accounts but for microsoft account, when i try to recover, it says the account does not exists.

I noticed the microsoft account was hacked when i received an SMS saying that my phone number was deleted from my Microsoft account. (Why was there no email on this with a chance for me to login check the activity and reverse the changes or lock down the account for me to recover?)

I also noticed that i've received an email around the same time stating that I have been removed from my family group. (again, there is no link provided for me to login, review the activity and reverse the changes).

Noting that my account was the main account with microsoft subscription. Now i've lost the subscription, and i've lost the control over the family group and the subscription share.

I have 2FA on for my account on microsoft authenticator, so I don't see how it was bypassed and how the hacker could change everything on it.

I've then tried to recreate the microsoft account using the same email address, and was able to create it, although and obviously, all the subscriptions and purchases and onedrive data are all blank, as is a newly created account. If the hacker deleted my account, I should not be able to recreate the account with the same email as it should not be recyclable(?). Does this mean the account has changed email address only?

My problem now is:
Microsoft 365 subscription was just renewed in February-ish.

My Microsoft Store purchase of games, like Minecraft, etc.

No my 365 subscription and family group.

My OneDrive data and I can't access my Personal Vault anymore to retrieve my data.

Alot of the problem can be resolved with just rebuying the things lost.

But data in OneDrive is personal and not replaceable.

My main concern is retrieving my OneDrive Personal Vault's data, and if not able to, an assurance that it is forever not retrievable by the hacker.

I've tried the Account Recovery form twice with few days apart since the hack, but have not gotten any feedback/email.

I'm currently very frustrated, angry and pissed at the negligence of this kind of issues, and is wandering if anyone can chime in on what else can I do?
