For each email address with which you've registered for one or the other Microsoft service/account you should receive one of those informational emails.
If you 'keep getting' these emails without having multiple Microsoft accounts, then something might be wrong.
This forum's software removes automatically any email address so I have no way of knowing what you've posted.
I wouldn't worry though.
Just mark those repetitive emails as spam and delete 'em ;)
