im not getting my microsoft rewards verification code

I can't get my ms rewards verification code from my SMS and I have typed it correctly and resented it many times. but for some reason, it works when it gives me a code for the security code when I got my ms account locked. why not my ms rewards code can do that? microsoft rewards just refuses to text me the code through SMS. please tell me why is the microsoft rewards servers broken or what

If so, change your phone settings then choose I don't have a code. We'll send another verification code.

there is no "I don't have a code" button anywhere in the microsoft rewards redeem page

no, I said it works with the security codes and it sends me the security code from an SMS text. but for the ms rewards, they are not giving me the code thru SMS text

This issue could occur due to some temporary issues with the verification services. After you click on the option to send a verification code to your phone, you would be presented with a box to enter the code an option below the box to resend the code. I would suggest you to try resending the code. Now switch off and switch on the phone and check if you have received the verification code.

nope it works for the security code it manages to text me an SMS for the code but the Microsoft rewards doesn't text me an SMS message for the code
