I am not receiving Email Verification OTP from particular website

Hi All,

I am not receiving Email Verification OTP from one particular website. Is there any of my email account settings blocking it?

I can receive OTP in my mobile number from the same website. Only Email OTP is not delivered. Your help on this will be good. Thanks.

According to your description, may I carefully confirm with you that is this issue (you cannot receive email verification OTP) only happening on a very specific website or all websites? Could you please kindly let us know did you check this email was sent to your junk or not? Would you mind let us know what kind of Microsoft 365 subscription you are using? A Microsoft 365 business subscription or Microsoft 365 personal subscription? If you are using Microsoft 365 business subscription, your organization might has some setting which is mail flow to block the external website send email to you. Also, the external user (website) might be in IP blocked list please contact your organization admin to add this IP address to safe sender list Create safe sender lists - Office 365 | Microsoft Docs. Admin also can go to Microsoft 365 admin center http://admin.microsoft.com/ People > Edit Group and set the option Let people outside the organization email the group to let you receive external emails.
