Ghost draft email will not delete from New Outlook, sync continues to download from the cloud. Offline also doesnt work. When are your software developers going to fix the many issue with this email client. As Sheldon would say, "It's a CRAP"!

Please fix the continual ghost email I cannot delete from New Outlook. Deoesnt appear in Classic Outlook. Ongoing now for over 6 months. Tried everything except requesting you blow up your cloud servers!!
