I have an issue where someone hijacked my computer and got into my email account. They took all of the contacts from my email and then set up a fake Hotmail account with the same username. They are emailing all of my contacts with this fake address and asking them to buy some Google Play store cards. How can I alert Hotmail/Microsoft so that they can shut down this address? I have since changed my password and did a malware scan to remove the malware....
