how can i recover an old hotmail email

I have an hotmail email that i created 15 or more years ago, i was very young and have no idea what i did using that email,i still do remember the password but i'm not sure its blocked because i might have tried many wrong passwords and the recovery form is not helping because i cannot remember the exact details of the email like emails i sent and people i contacted, i tried to contact microsoft support but i couldn't find this option

First, I would like to ask you whether your account is in regular use or has not been used for a long time.

If you have not used your account for more than two years, your account will be closed. And if your account is a Microsoft account. That will not be restarted again.

Because the user's account belongs to the user's personal privacy. Therefore, the account has a high level of privacy and security. If you really cannot provide more information, you will not be able to pass the account verification process. ,
